"CAPRI" Water Color by Eduard Von Handel-Mazzetti c.1930

This extremely well executed original water color of Capri was done by Austrian artist Eduard Von Handel-Mazzetti (1885-1950). The artist has done a remarkable job of capturing the nuances of the shadows. The piece measures 9 3/4" X 13 1/2" within its original unremarkable frame & matting . I have not removed it from the frame so it would benifit from an archival mounting. There are remnants of the original gallery label on the back "EMID---? NEGOZIO D"ARTE-CAPRI" and the painting is signed in the lower left corner "Edo v.Handel-Mazzetti. 1930".
