Vintage Landscape in Oil by C. Boye

This well executed pastorial landscape was recently imported from Denmark. The oil on canvas measures 15 3/4" X 23 3/4" (21" X 29 1/4" framed). There are many Boye's listed in the art books, however, I was unable to determine who did this particular painting. The painting is in good condition with the following noted; It is in need of cleaning, the original canvas appears to have been cut down & put in a new stretcher to accomodate the contemporary frame, there is a chip to the paint 3/32" near the signiture and a very small pin hole in the canvas approximately 1/16" in size.
