Absract Expressionist Painting

This is a well done abstract expressionist acrylic painting by Estelle Grunewald and is titled "Way Up There". It is in its original black wood molding frame and done on board. The painting measures 12" X 23 1/2". Grunewald taught at the Mendocino Art Center in the early 1960's and was a contemporary of Emmy Lou Packard. She co-founded the "Gallery House" art cooperative in Palo Alto in 1958.
