Abstract / Outsider Art Painting

This wild piece has no signature or history. It measures 24" X 35 3/4" (25 1/4" X 37" framed). The artist painted it on framed board (probably over another painting or print). Since the frame was covered with colorful splotches of paint we have repainted the frame black. The piece is not wired for hanging as we will leave it to the new owner to determine how they wish to hang it. There appears to be a Aboriginal influence to the piece. The bulk of the painting appears to be in oil paints with other paints so I'll call it mixed media.
