Electrohome Pedistal Stereo

This is considered by many to be the Holy Grail of Mod Stereos. With its space age flying saucer styling, round orb speakers and classic brushed silver and black motif it captures the whole Studio 54 look. I've had this stereo gone through and the turntable cartridge and needle have been replaced. The turntable and speakers are in good, working condition. The radio is fried and only plays one station very quietly. Since no self respecting audiophile would have a BSR turntable I assume that this piece will be sold for its design merits. There are a couple of dings to the base and a moderate amount of scratching to its edge. The round "Electrohome Apollo" decal is missing from the turntable plateform-BUT-the plastic dome is in very good shape with NO CRACKS. The speaker stands are an unusual higher end design that I haven't had before and are much nicer that the tin can lids that normally came with these sets.
