Banana Bench

This upholstered bench is made of Nagahide. It measures 6' 3" in length 1' 7" in width and 1' 10" in height. It is a handcrafted Op Pop piece from the late 1970's or early 1980's. The "Chiquita"' banana logo is hand painted and has the name "Stonington" on it which I assume is the name of the artist. There is some minor wear/damage to to the top nagahyde-nothing too distracting. The piece is surprisingly comfortable to sit on and a great period piece of Op Pop.
