Art Deco Hanging Lamp

This style of light fixture is often referred to as stepped, wedding cake or skyscraper theater lamps. These examples are from a local theater and likely date from the 1920's or 1930's. The milk glass lamp shades measure 18" long including the metal caps. The shades are in very good condition with minimal wear to the black paint. The original stepped chrome plated metal caps and attached hanging chains are in usable condition but-with the exception of one cap-badly rusted with pitted chrome and in need of stripping and re-chroming. These vintage stepped caps are difficult to find and probably worth the investment to have refurbished. 4 lamps are available and 2 have been re-wired to working condition.
