Primitive Coastal Scene Oil Painting

This quaint oil painting is signed "Vera '68". It is some on artists board and measures 12" X 16" (12 3/4" X 16 3/4" framed). I'm not sure where on the coast this is but I doubt that it looks like this anymore.
