Harold Otwell Painting

This painting is titled "Mosaic" and measures 24 1/4" X 24 1/4" nicely framed. There is a faded signature on the image as well as 3 labels on the backing. This painting was shown at the Del Mar Fair. I'm not sure of the media (perhaps watercolor?) but there is airbrush work to it.
